Up to 5 students from each of the participating institutions are invited to attend the Intensive Programme. The selected students will be reimbursed for their travel and accommodation expenses. Travel costs will be accounted for on the basis of the real costs incurred (boarding passes and receipts, including those for the return trip must be kept and forwarded to the secretariat of the IP, otherwise students will be asked to pay their tickets).  A maximum of 450 E for travel costs will be covered for each student.

Accommodation and subsistence costs for students correspond to 20 E daily, for a 2-week-period a total of 280 E will be available for each student.  However, accommodation and meals are planned to be organized centrally by the Coordinator Institution.

Further weekend activities (including cultural events, excursions) will be provided by the Coordinator Institution to participant students.
